Mark A. Musen (Centre for Biomedical Informatics, School of Medicine, Stanford University, California, USA). Professor of Medicine (Biomedical Informatics) and Computer Science (by courtesy) at Stanford University, where he is Head of the Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research. Principal Investigator of the National Center for Biomedical Ontology, one of the seven National Centers for Biomedical Computing supported by the NIH Roadmap.
Albert L. Barabási (Center for Complex Network Research, Department of Physics, Biology, and Computer Science, Northeastern University, Boston, USA). Distinguished University Professor, he directs the Center for Complex Network Research, and holds appointments in the Departments of Physics, Computer Science and Biology, as well as in the Department of Medicine, Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women Hospital, and is a member of the Center for Cancer Systems Biology at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
